Hi, I’m Harley!

I’m a designer and marketing professional with a passion for telling stories through visuals and strategy. With a BFA in Graphic Design and an MBA in Marketing, I’ve spent the last several years building campaigns, creating brands, and leading creative projects for universities, nonprofits, and small businesses.

Right now, I work in marketing and design at Signal Centers where I spend my days getting to combine creativity with impact while supporting programs that make a real difference in the community. I also run my own freelance business, Harley Stickney Design Co., where I help clients bring their vision to life through branding, print, and digital design.

Along the way, I’ve been honored with multiple awards for design and advertising, but what excites me most is the process: collaborating with teams, mentoring young creatives, and turning ideas into something people can connect with.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring Chattanooga, advising my sorority chapter, thrift shopping, or working on passion projects that keep me inspired.
